Is the picture of me attacking something up here because the workout is nothing but running and that’s a big weakness of mine?
Way to inform my enemies how to defeat me Neal!

It is hard to believe you have a weakness JD after you threw in a couple extra rounds yesterday just for fun. What time did you end up getting?

28:35 I believe… I told you you were going to have a better time… I just hope I am as tough as you when I reach your OLD age.

I think I will be in the best shape of my life this year if I keep this up so getting a year older is not too bad. For that coment though, I am going to find a way to knock you off the pull up leaderboard.

I wasn’t trying to call you out JD. But running is a lot of our athletes’ weakness.

I won’t be able to make it to CFB today. Hopefully I can squeeze this workout after work around the neighborhood. Everyone enjoy!

Jeremy you’re only as old as you feel… which judging by your times and your max thrusters… you’re younger than me. Also, I think you can easily get more pull-ups than me… so stop talking and do it!

Watch the old comments or I will have to come over there and show you old!

That said, This old guy is gonna have to take the week off from WOD cause I am just broken down. Gonna work on skills and stuff I suck at this week. I may try the run but at a leisure pace.

I can’t make it today. Had a sick daughter and softball tonight. I would like to see some times though. Have a 5k this weekend at Village Creek, so I would have liked to have done this today to see where I was at.

Well, this was 2 times as far as I’ve ever ran in my life… and I did it in 35.55

It got hot out there at the noon class! Sweat does wonderful things for the skin though lol

I know I am already in better shape than I’ve ever been in… and I was in MARCHING BAND… HAHAHA
