 WOD 11/22/11

Overhead Squats 10-10-10

 

Do One set of max dead hang pull-ups between each set

 

6 Rounds:
200m Run
15 Unbroken Wallball
15 Unbroken Kettlebell Swings
Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total time to complete all 6 rounds.

We will be closed November 24&25. On Wednesday November 23 we won’t have a 6pm or 7pm class. Classes will resume normally on Saturday.

    I was 28:something but I used a 14# ball and a 35# kb.

    During the 5th run, I considered doing just 5 rounds because almost everyone else was DONE…what was I thinking? I don’t do that! I may take WAY longer than everyone else, but I FINISH! Thanks, Kara for sticking by me and pushing me on that last set of wallballs.

    16:50 (14# WB and 45# KB). I should’ve used at least the 20# WB. Have to stop veering towards lighter weights; otherwise, I’ll never lose the extra weight I’m carrying. Great job finishing the sixth round this morning, Sheree. Happy Thanksgiving.

    135-155-165 on the OHS

    17:11 with the rest. Used a 25# med ball and 70# KB for the first 5 rounds then used a 30# ball and 90# bell for the last round. Really fun and challenging WOD

    Super proud of Dena for competing this past weekend and taking 4th place in the standard division!

    well done clayton JRU cody danno matt and neal… actually everyone at noon. it was good being there. its clear that not going regularly makes you drop off quite a bit

    75 pounds on the OHS. Did one deadhang! 20:18 on the WOD with a 20 lb ball then dropped to 14, 54 lb KB unbroken!

    35#-45#-50# on the OHS. Not impressive weight but I managed to do all 10 unbroken.
    20:50 on the WOD (14#, 35#)
    Used a 10# med ball for one round but sucked it up and went back to the 14#

    23:56 w/14# wb and 35# kb. Did 1 rd w/20# wb and 2 rds w/45#kb. Tried a 53# and couldn’t swing the dang thing past my eyeballs. :/
