15 minutes to establish a 3RM Touch & Go Power Clean.

 

 

7 rounds for total time of:

10 Burpees
10 Toes To Bar

 

Our 4pm Womens Only class on MWF has temporarily moved to 10:30am until August; we will let you know when we move it back to 4pm.
