Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Work up to a heavy set of 5 then complete five sets at that weight with 2 minutes rest between sets. In between sets do 10-30 Double Unders.

For Time:

21-15-9

Goblet Squats (53/35)

Burpees

Start and finish the workout with 50 Double Unders.

    11:30 with #53 KB and 30 DU’s. The double unders slowed me down a bit. I’m flying to VA tomorrow for 5 days, see you guys next week.
