Push Press 3-3-3-3-3

All sets at 75-85% of your max

 

3 Rounds:

10 Hang Clean Thrusters (45/30 DB’s)

10 Burpees

50 Double Unders

 

January 2-13 we will have a free class at 11am Monday-Saturday and at 8pm Monday-Thursday. These classes will be completely free and open to anyone regardless of experience. Tell your friends they can come check out as many classes as they’d like.

    It was a good day at CFB! In July, I maxed out push press at 68″#. Today, I used 65# for 5×3!
    10:53 on the wod with 15# dbs and 3xs singles. Thanks, Catherine, (Kathryn?) for the push and encouragement.

    I kind of like push press these days. I definitely prefer it more than thrusters or the press.

    Presses are like those dead hang pull-ups. They build your strength. In “every-day movement” I think we’d actually use everything we have.
