    Is this wod called the “2nd Mountain” ….for my 3rd day back in 2 weeks……this is gonna suck!

    Well it totally suck! So not a runner! 31:07 but i did it even though I wanted to crawl back in bed!
    Can’t imagine 4x’s the running and 2x’s the others with the 5th mountain! WOW!

    Thanks Kara and fara for the butt kickin this morning. Did ok for my first week back.

    26:41 with rows instead of run, red band on pull ups. Added purple about half way through. 63# front squats with the aid of a “stop box”

    Knee held up well. Can’t wait till tomorrow @10

    JeremyJ, that’s my method. I do not look until I am IN THE PARKING LOT! this looks like one I should really do but today is my off day…darn!

    In the pic, I believe that’s about the time I’m telling Serennah that if she was really my friend, she’d carry one of those dumbells for me part of the way. She said that if I could talk I wasn’t running hard enough.

    Nice job, Fara. I’d STILL be there doing pull-ups!

    30:01 rx with 68# front squats. I’m still shaking….I was the only girl and I tried to keep up with the big boys, but I fell behind…..oh well atleast I wasn’t at home with a bag of chips!lol and I feel skinnier, so great day in my book!:)
