What is CrossFit?
We train strictly using the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, power lifting, cardiovascular training, and olympic weightlifting. We mix these elements in as many ways possible which allows for workouts to be constantly varied and will maximize your results. CrossFit is universally scalable to any fitness level and athletic background; whether you've never lifted a weight in your life or if you're a seasoned veteran.
What We Do
At CFB we offer private and group training that will help you achieve and exceed your fitness goals. Classes last an hour and are comprised of warm-up, skill work, workout, and cool down. Our workouts are usually short, around 15 minutes, and intense. (While a 15 minute workout may seem easy we offer you come try a free workout before drawing any conclusions.) All classes are taught by a coach who will teach form and technique, guide you through the workout, and motivate you to give it your all.
We're not your normal gym. We are a fitness facility. We don't have tv's, we don't have mirrors, we dont have a juice bar, and we sure as hell don't use machines. At CFB we don't use machines, We make them. Our athletes train with barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, medicine balls, jump ropes, plyo boxes, rowers, bumper plates, kettlebells, sledgehammers, tractor tires, climbing ropes, and other classic training equipment that has been creating world-class athletes for ages. At CrossFit Beaumont we provide the coaching and tools necessary for you achieve elite fitness.

4:00PM - Womens Only Class (MWF)
5:00PM - Members Only Class

7:00PM (Except Fridays) - Members Only Class
Saturday
10:00AM - Members Only Class
11:00AM - Free Class - Open to all members and anyone who is interested in trying CrossFit.
Sunday
2-4PM - Open Gym for Members Only. This is a time for you to come in and make up a workout you missed during the week or practice skill work.
As demand grows we will open more time slots for group classes. We will cater to the needs of our athletes so if you would like to see a certain class time open up email Coach.
