AMRAP in 3 minutes

5 DB Hang Clean and Jerk

5 DB Hang Snatches left arm

5 DB Hang Snatches right arm

15 double unders

1 minute rest between rounds

    I did all the squuats at 225 lbs.

    Wod
    45 lbs, 2 plus on all rounds, I did 6 rds and skipped the cash out.
    Still working on double unders. They slowed me down

    Back squats- 115,115, 135 for the rest

    WOD- 2 rounds on all the AMRAPs, first 2 with 45# then jumped up to 50#
