Never want to do 7 minutes of burpees again

 WOD 3/1/12

“Neal”

4 Rounds:

22 Overhead Squats (135/95)

22 Pull-Ups

22 Box Jumps (24/20)

 

Don’t forget the noon class has moved to 11:30am. Saturday we will not have any classes at CFB. Join us at CrossFit Lumberton for their Grand Opening! Free intro workout at 11am. CrossFit Open WOD 12.2 at noon. Then the grand opening WOD “Lumberjack’ed” immediately following. Feel free to bring friends, food, and beverages!

 

For those who are interested, we will be hosting a flip cup tournament on Saturday night at 9pm. Teams will consist of 4 people and we will be starting at 9:30pm. If you don’t have a team show up and we will put you on a team. Must be 21 to play :)

    @Neal…exactly your favorite things. Do you hate me? I finally get my fat butt back in the box on a regular basis and you’re killing me!!!! 🙂 To show my appreciation for this torture I’d like to give you a free 6hr deep tissue massage (insert evil grin here) on the house. :•}

    This looks like an all over OUCH! Shoulders, lats, quads, knees…gonna be painful but gotta do it!

    And a cash out of 27 burpees i assume.

    We didn’thave to do his burpees because he was not working out at 6…however, I’m thinking 7 more burpees would have been easer that the 200m farmers carry (35s) we did…with 10 burpees on either side of it!
    Oh, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NEAL!

    Jsienkdshsjz is how I feel after that workout. 25:26 with 95# 1st rd, then 75 remaining rds. 24″ box. Snails pace, but I did it.

    Wod: started at a 65# ohs and unassisted pullups…ended up with a 50# ohs and a purple band on pullups. Stuck with the 20″ box.
    That. Was. Rough.

    Cashout: 4 min ? Seconds…couldn’t see the clock. All I saw was stars. (35# kbs)

    Did this at CFBC this morning while they ran a 5K. The sweat was uncontrollable.

    Yes….”Neal” was tough, great workout. Everything Neal likes are the things I hate the most! Plus, I did 9 hours of massaging, 4 hours were deep tissue the day before, my shoulders, forearms & wrist hated me before the WOD!

    19:?? On WOD, just 35# OHS, VERY assisted pullups! 🙂
