WOD 1/27/12

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 (all sets at 70-80% of max)

 

4 Rounds:

10 Burpees

10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

10 Box Jumps (30/24)

 

Cash Out: As Fast As Possible: 500m Row followed by 20 Handstand Push-UPs

    Becky you do that too! I wake up in the middle of the night just to see what the WOD is for that day. I like to get mentally prepared! :-). Glad to know I’m not the only one pacing the floors at night! Lol

    I look first thing when I get to work every morning. This looks like a good day all the way around. . .hope I don’t have to stay at work late and can make it.

    I totally stalk to page at night too. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll check for the Wod before going back to sleep. 🙂

    I’m the odd one. I do NOT check the wod until I am IN the parking lot. Keep posting them late because I like to read everybody’s posts while I’m watching tv at night and I don’t want to accidentally find out what it is. When I know, I don’t sleep well and when I manage to sleep, I dream about it…not always good…like the time I accidentally found out about Filthy 50! I was SO glad to discover that playing the organ and transfering sand from one bucket to another with a measuring cup were NOT part of it.

    If it’s not posted before I go to sleep, which is usually before the 7pm class is over (lol) I wait until the morning because I can’t go back to sleep and I dream about it for the rest of the night

    ran out of time for the cash out but it probably would have been terrible since I hate handstand push-ups

    115-145#. 6:58 Rxd. I completed the cashout with 1 mat. I’m just happy to have done that. No time.

    Lot of people pushing it in the 6pm class. I would have been about a min slower if not for the push.

    Let me start by saying (and I never thought I would say this)….I am soooo a morning person! I do not like evening workouts! It could be cuz I have massaged all day so I am working out all day before the WOD.

    63 measley pounds on OHS, 7:26 with a 45#kb, 16″box….still spooked!

    I haven’t thought about texting you Neal to ask about the WODs but maybe I should start! ;-). Nawl, I wouldn’t but it is nice to know before I go to sleep….just say’en!

    did this wod today.

    skill- got up to 130# for 5. very happy. felt could have went heavier but that was already more than 80%

    wod- 5:32 RX as well. my kind of wod.
