    My 75# ohs was a 10# increase from March 21st! I worked steadily but probably not as hard as I should have on the wod. I was afraid I’d give out! Got 4 rounds plus the burpees and airsquats. I was still pretty tired.
    It was a good day at The Circus with 10 people! Y’all come on back!

    OHS 68# (after i FINALLY got the hang of it! I was seriously getting annoyed that i couldn;t do this, i had to walk away and cool off lol)

    got 8 rounds on the WOD, but BARELY!!! i think i finished the last situp with one second left….

    At the firehouse, so I couldn’t do OHS. Plan to make them up tomorrow. 5 rounds + 6 squats. Needless to say, situps did me in. Prob could’ve done another round if I was in the box. There’s definitely something to be said about the motivation to do more when youre in that place Vs doing it on your own. You just cant replicate that intensity.

    Ladies and gents, don’t forget about the nutrition seminar on Thursday night. If the other presenters have as much info to give you as I do (no doubt in my mind), then y’all are in for a paleo learn fest.
