Clean 3-3-3
“Death By Clean”
One clean during the first minute
Two cleans during the second minute, etc
The workout is complete when you can no longer complete the number of cleans for a given minute

    Clay – Each person picks their own weight. It should be around 70% of your heaviest set completed in the strength portion.

    3 rep max 95# did 75 during WOD and got 12 rds with lots of yelling on the last round. lol thanks for the push guys!

    oh and 6 butterfly pullups. Im making progress! yay
