    went w/ 53# for the KB swings and got 12 burpees the first round then 13 on the second. 4:08 for the WOD w/ 225# DL and pike pushups (and somewhere in there i got two pretty decent “strawberries” on my forearms!)

    Did AMRAP in 5 minutes of 1 Squat clean @185# and 2 burpees. 16 Rounds.
