WOD 2/21/13
Skill:
Complete 5 heavy sets of 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squats
Part A:
3x250m Row Sprints
Complete this in a group of 3. As soon as one person finishes the next person begins
Part B:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
14 Push-Ups
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
14 Hollow Rocks
Every one will do the skill work together then you are allowed to do Parts A&B in any order.

I used 83# for the skill work and just checked and my 1rm squat clean is 93# I’m OK with that.
All my rows were 1:00 or less. I’m excited about that.
I got 3 rounds, push-ups and 1 box jump on the wod. OK with that, too because it was RX! Kara, I spent a lot of time making sure I did not “worm” the push-ups. Also I have to work up to every box jump!
