Start from the racks. If it's heavy drop the bar after lock out at the top.

For added difficulty try the push-ups from the rings but only if you can do perfect push-ups from your toes without "snaking" up from the bottom.

    Ring pushups are definitely harder than I imagined but it was done.

    6:23 RX – i used the paralettes w/a 16″ box on the pushups. wanted to use a 45# KB but there weren’t any left (i did get to steal one for the last 9 KB swings.)

  6. guy I work with bought a pair of Adidas Adizero Feather 2 , running shoe, blue, size 12, he ran 4 miles in them and wants to get rid of them. Anyone interested?
