Back Squats 3-3-3-3-3

All sets at 80% of 1RM or heavier

 

Max Double Unders in 2 minutes

 

Death By Man-Makers (45/30)
On the first minute complete 1 man-maker, 2 on the second minute, and so on until you are no longer able to complete the amount of reps within the minute.

Man-Maker: With 2 dumbbells, drop down and do a push up while holding the DBs, squat clean the dumbbells into a thruster…that’s 1 rep. Enjoy.

  8. Up to 245 lbs / 113 DUs / 5 rds. RX (got to the last push press on 6th – so close). Victor gave me the WTF look when I pulled out the 40s. Had to change out to RX. Thanks for pushing me, Vic.

    6 rds with 60# dumbells

  11. 305×3 on back squats, tried to do it again on my last set and only got one rep at 305

    202 double unders

    5 rounds + 2 reps w/ 60# dumbbells.

  12. Up to 185# on BS. Felt like I could’ve gone heavier but ran out of time. 150 DU and 7rds RX

  13. 265×3 on back squats, 20# away from my one rep PR.
    63 DU
    7rds @ 35#
