1X20 Back Squat

Notes: This should be a maximal UNBROKEN set. If you're unsure about the weight try for 70% of your 1rep max

 

For Time:

50 Burpees

50 Pull-Ups

50 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)

200 Double Unders

  1. 6am’ers – remember when that really sweet pit bull came into class on Friday morning? I just realized that I put up a pit bull for Friday’s WOD picture (on Thursday night). Just a little strange!

  2. So what happened to him? I thought about him all day.

    This wod is a good ‘un. I scaled back to 50 dus but it still took me a loooong time to do it. That’s OK. I’m “less bad” than I used to be!

  3. 210# x 20. Forgot my time 17:something (:38?), RX except 55 KBs. I remember your dog visitor. Dogs are cool. My dog’s name is Dallas, big black lab. He’s my son.

    12:38RX on the met con. Got the 200 double unders in 3 sets so I was pretty happy with that. The hardest part for me was the kettlebell swings. They took me longer than the burpees did

  7. Sheree- When we put him in the back area he slipped under the gate. When I went to look for him after class he was gone :(
