6am’ers – remember when that really sweet pit bull came into class on Friday morning? I just realized that I put up a pit bull for Friday’s WOD picture (on Thursday night). Just a little strange!

So what happened to him? I thought about him all day.
This wod is a good ‘un. I scaled back to 50 dus but it still took me a loooong time to do it. That’s OK. I’m “less bad” than I used to be!

12:38RX on the met con. Got the 200 double unders in 3 sets so I was pretty happy with that. The hardest part for me was the kettlebell swings. They took me longer than the burpees did
