WOD 2/4/13

Hang Clean 15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 3

Then Complete 3 heavy sets of 3 reps

 

Be sure to keep your back in extension as you lower the bar to hang position each time.

 

Three rounds for time of:
30 Kettlebell swings (55/35)
25 Wall ball shots (20/14)
20 Pull-Ups

  4. 165#PR on the clean, didnt complete 3 but a 30#PR none the less. I’m stoked. 15:20 on the WOD
