WOD 2/1/13

Push Jerk - Work up to a heavy single then perform 3-5 heavy singles

 

For Time:

5 Rounds:

5 Dead Hang Pull-Ups

10 Burpees

5 Rounds:

5 Goblet Squats (55/35)

10 Kettlebell Swings

5 Rounds:

5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

10 Deadlift (135/95)

  1. Did split jerk instead, 5# PR @ 170.
    16:13 on WOD (but last 4 sets of dead hangs with blue band, 55# KB, 115#).

  2. 170 x 2 (split jerk)
    16:23 rx messed up on my counting for rounds and almost ended after just three rounds of the final round.

  3. 185/185/195/205(PR) Split Jerk. The 205 lift was UGGGGLLLLYYYYY! but I got to ring the bell so I’m cool with that. 14:16RX on the WOD. Had to rest a lot more than I wanted to on the last portion. The shoulder to overhead got me on that. Great workout to end the week.
