10 Pull-Ups

10 Burpees

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

10 Deadlift (225/155)

50 Double Unders

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk (45/30)

10 Goblet Squats (55/35)

  1. 5 min AMRAPs are so deceiving!

    #1 – 4 Rds + 10 sit-ups (subbed sit-ups for pull-ups)
    #2 – 3 Rds + 25 DUs @175# for deadlifts
    #3 – 3 Rds + 5 C&Js @30# DB, 45# goblet squats

  2. 4 rds RX/4 Rds RX/3 rds + 2 C&J RX

  3. PR-UNASSISTED PULL-UPS!!!! And 4 sets of 5of them!!! (My Jan. 2013 Goal)
    #1: 3rds +8PU (half w/purp band)
    #2: 2rds +9DL (155# and 3xsingles)
    #3: 3rds +5CJ (CJ@20# and GS@35# 1st set until Kara brought me 45# and said it was RX!)

  4. PR-Unassisted pull ups!!!!!!! And 4 sets of 5! (Jan 2013 goal)
    #1:3rds+8pu (half with purpose band)
    #2:2rds+9dl (RXdl and 3xsingles)
    #3:3rds+5cj (cj@20# and gs@35# for 1st rd until Kara brought me 45# and said it was RX!!!)

  5. 5 + 3 pull-ups

    3 rds w/150 singles :(
    3 rds + 5 c&j

  7. 3 rounds and 5 pull-ups (first time to do unassisted pull-ups in a workout!! I scaled it to 5 each round and I still thought I was going to die)
    3 rounds + 10 dead lifts 105# and 25 du each round
    2 rounds + 10 c&j
