Snatch - Find a 1 rep max

 

For Time:

100 Double unders
75 Air squats
50 Kettlebell swings (55/35)
25 Burpees
50 Kettlebell swings
75 Air squats
100 Double unders

  2. 115 snatch. 18:39 RX.
    Some days it’s not my performance within the class that’s the victory. It’s just getting my butt to class that’s the major victory.

    18:23 with 55# KB

  4. 185 snatch

    16:50 w/ 70# kb…. that kb might have been a little much

    Worked out by myself and was going to do the snatch afterward. Bad idea. My legs were shot. One of these days I’ll learn to just follow the program. Hoping to max out in my free time later this week. Loved the WOD!
