    18:01 on the WOD. KB Swings 10@53#, 15@45# & Box Jumps 15@20″, 10@24″

  2. And seeing this picture this morning was my motivation! :-) Its incredilbe where CF has pushed me so far and is still pushing me forward!

    Impressive pr today by Neal! I’ve claimed the #2 spot two days in a row on the board, so hopefully someday I’ll have enough in me to catch the man!

  6. 7:39 mile 1:06 PR.

    16:52 for workout. 30# kb, 20 inch box. That was rough after that mile

  10. 9:35 mile. Yikes. But it was my first mile run in a year so at least I have something to work from now

  13. I used to be able to in the 4:50′s, Neal. Only problem was that 25-30 years ago. Maybe I can do it again and beat you to it?

  14. I chose to do this one this morning since yesterday was my recovery day.
