  1. New 17# PR for my OHS @ 125#

    18:47 RX on the WOD. It’s always the running that kills me!

    Great workout today like always.

  2. I guess since those are my lower extremities in the picture, I have to make an appearance today!

  3. OHS 165 (10# PR). Felt like I could’ve done more weight, but ran out of time.
    15:01 (PR by :39 seconds). Only used 85# though. Will RX it next time.
    Sticking to my self-imposed rule to only RX 2-3 WODs per week of the 4-5 to prevent injuries.

  10. 245# on Overhead Squats… It took me 3 attempts just to lock it out overhead so I was happy to finally make the lift, 5# away from my PR.

    14:58 @ 135# A few minutes slower than usual but I got all the sets unbroken!

  11. lol I just realized Allie was pictured in today’s blog “Nancy Killer” and she got the top female time. Coincidence?
