Dumbbell Snatch (per arm) - Heavy
Burpees
Handstand Push-Ups

You're not very comfortable in a front squat? What are you doing to improve it? Check out this video from Mobility WOD that will help you solve some of your front rack positions. My favorite part is towards the end where he uses a lacrosse ball.
