Clean & Jerk - 2 reps every minute for 5 minutes @ 80% of your max

 

AMRAP in 15:

7 Pull-ups
14 KB Swings
21 Wall Balls

 

There are only a few spots left in the Olympic Lifting Seminar so if you want to attend you need to sign up ASAP!

    4 rounds and 14 wallballs. I was so close to 5 rounds!

  8. 185-195-195-195-205 (the last jerk was kinda wobbly, probably a no rep)

    7 Rds + 10 KB Swings on the met con. Really good class at 6:30 today. Nice work Toben
