Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5

 

"Partner Showdown"

You vs. Your Partner

1 minute per exercise for max reps

Burpees

Deadlifts (225/155)

Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

Push Press (45/30)

Russian Twists

Once you finish Russian Twists Start back at burpees and go through one more time!

 

You will do max burpees for one minute while your partner rests, then your partner will burpee while you rest. You will alternate back and forth at each movement. It's your job to score your partner and keep track of their scores.

  3. well, I didn’t get to workout yesterday because the lights were out in MC. I was trying to make up for that! The only REAL hard part were the 40# DB push press. The rest should be a cake walk for you! But I’m always happy to set a higher standard early in the morning! I can thank Kara for that!

  13. 298 reps (205 lbs, 55 lbs and 40 lbs), a little below RX on 2 of the 3 weighted parts. Still one of the best parts of each day is making it to CFB.
