  1. I like EMOM. You have a “Go” but not rushed. And the only once makes me tend to try more weight. I think I went up to 78# today.
    10:11 on the wod. 68# and kneesUP.
    Katie D…great job on the t2b!!! I am SO impressed!

  3. 100# up to 120# for EMOM.

    14:01 on the WOD RX. Those toes to bars killed me, but I fought thru it and RX’d them! Great WOD to kick off the week!

  4. Back was still hurting so I did speed back squats for the strength work. 10 sets of 3 @ 50% of max. Subbed back squats for the cleans on the WOD – 5:17 @135 & t2b.

  5. 7:21 (135# cleans, knees 2 elbows)

  6. 185 EMOM last rounds were 190, 195, 200
