		<description><![CDATA[I used 63# for the skill work. Should have been 73, but it felt heavy.  didn&#039;t realize that the rest time would help so much.  So don&#039;t go too light.
I was 15:something (:19?) on the wod.  Didn&#039;t push on the run because I kept thinking about those 40 pull ups1  Used r/b bands and did them 12, 10, 10, 8. 
Sara(h?) was finishing hers just as I stepped into the bands!
Still a good day.]]></description>
