WOD 10/19/12

Every 45 seconds for 6 minutes (8 total reps):

1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean  + 1 Push Jerk @ 75%.

 
For Time:
Run 1 mile
40 C2B Pullups

  2. I used 63# for the skill work. Should have been 73, but it felt heavy. didn’t realize that the rest time would help so much. So don’t go too light.
    I was 15:something (:19?) on the wod. Didn’t push on the run because I kept thinking about those 40 pull ups1 Used r/b bands and did them 12, 10, 10, 8.
    Sara(h?) was finishing hers just as I stepped into the bands!
    Still a good day.

  4. 103# on the skill work.

    10:53 on the WOD.. 6:33 for the mile. red, then blue, then blue & purple for the pullups.
