Join us Oct 20 at CFMC for a workout to raise money for Barbells For Boobs

 WOD 10/11/12

Every 30 seconds for 7 minutes (14 total reps):

1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk @ 70%

4 rounds for time of:

25 Pushups (hand release)
25 KBS 55/35

Rest 1:1

  1. Great workout to work on my push ups. Hmm, November is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month and im kinda scared to see what that workout name would be.

  3. Cleans and Deadlifts are my favorites…can’t believe I’ll be in Houston all day.

  4. #135 hangclean/jerk. 15:55 RX. Very very sore from mon/tues

  5. 155# what would probably be called squat clean thrusters more than jerks.

  7. Felt frisky and did the skill work again at 6pm. 175# x 14

  8. 175-200# on the C&J

    11:51 w/ rest on the metcon

    clint inspired me and afterwards I did some more hang clean and jerks and worked up to 215. Felt good today! Thanks for the inspiration clint
