  2. 21:12 RX DU’s: 25+15+10, 38+2, 30, 19+1, 10. and I know how to run so you can see how much time I spent doing sit-ups. But I did them-every last one!

  3. Lucy, that’s awesome work on the DU. unbroken or only one break per set, not bad!

  5. 13:08 RX: 5+45, 40, 30, 20, 2+5+3… Tried to get them all unbroken, but at least I was close. Struggled on those last 10!

  6. Great job Lucy!! Enjoyed my first workout back, even if I had to do the “cripple” workout as Fara called it. I was worried when I opened my phone and saw “Coach Kara’s Favorite”. I was sure I was doomed – lol!

  9. Saturday at 12 we will be going to the CFMC re-opening. We will be doing the WOD from the day they opened, “The Mid”. RSVP to the event “CFMC’s Grand Re-opening WOD” on facebook. We will be grilling and having a few drinks afterwards!

  10. I got 145 on the sets of push press. Had to rest a little more than 30 seconds towards the end

    10:45 rx on the met con. The double unders weren’t there the first few rounds but they picked up towards the end

  12. 13:02 RX… Apparently i can only do DUs under pressure, not practicing
