Overhead Squat Skill Work - Work up to a heavy double

 

5 rounds for time:

25 Jumping Squats 45/33 Barbell (Full hip extension, feet barely leave ground)
20 DB Push Press 45/30
15 Pullups

    Judging by Cody and Neal’s times I think I did the correct weight. Nice job to the rx’ers. Lots of push press

    wod- 19:55 rx

    i was doing pretty well though the first four rounds. finished thoughs in about 14 minutes but hit the wall HARD! still a good workout though
