		<description><![CDATA[EMOM 135-155 lbs.; 100 DU&#039;s (shot for sets of 5 unbroken, but would get 10-15).  10 burpees shy of 3 rounds @ 225lbs.  Zach is giving me a wake-up call lately. Only :02 seconds behind me on the mile.  He killed it in DU&#039;s this morning with 70 unbroken.  I need to get back to my 30-40 miles a week of running along with 4-5 CFB&#039;s per week.  A renewed focus all because of Zach.  You too, Mike, when you get back.]]></description>
