 WOD 9/27/12

7 Sets of 3 Hang Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk

Heaviest possible, rest roughly a minute between sets

 

For Time:

400m Run

40 Hand Release Push-Ups

30 Walking Lunges Holding Kettlebell Overhead (55/35) (first 15 in right arm, second 15 in left arm)

20 Cleans 115/75

30 Hand Release Push-Ups

20 Walking Lunges Holding Kettlebell Overhead (55/35) (first 10 in right arm, second 10 in left arm)

10 Power Cleans

Run 400m

 

On lunges each leg counts as a rep.

  1. Let me just say, Dr. Peel did an I &D on me yrs back for a spider bite on back of my leg…. He’s an awesome Dr. And really liked in the community. Knows his stuff for sure. I now have a Dr. My mom knows that I can show her here’s your proof it works! This is an awesome recommendation in the article and I certainly hope more people come give it a try.

  2. So what is the URL for the magazine? Is it behealthysetx.com? Or HealthySETX.com? In Chrome HealthySETX.com tries to redirect to healthysex.com. While I appreciate its intent, it isn’t what I’m looking for at the moment!

    1840rx. I didn’t do anything good. I blame a healthy diet since Sunday. My body doesn’t know how to work with good fuel. It needs fast food and beer
