WOD 9/26/12

5X5 Back Squats @ 75% – rest 90 sec.

 
-then-

 
1 minute AMRAP of Shoulder to Overhead @ 185/120#

 
-then (no break)-

 
100 Burpees for time.
*Perform 2 Power Cleans EMOM beginning after the first minute @ 185/120# (same bar used for shoulder to overhead).     Notes: There is a 10 minute cap on this effort.

1 minute AMRAP of Shoulder to Overhead @ 185/120#

 

Score is total number of Jerks and total time for Burpees.

  3. 78 burpees, 14 push press @135

  4. 100 burpees @ 120lbs. Got 10 the first time, then 4. I was happy just to do all the burpees.

  5. 5 x 5 back squat @ 280#

    Finished all 100 Burpees 12 cleans @ 135# to start and 1 at the end

    That was brutal!!!

    I missed a full round of burpees at the end because I wasn’t paying attn :( probably would have been 85 burpees. Live and learn. That barbell got heavy and Johnstone destroyed the shoulder to overhead.

  8. 50 reverse burpees and 20 Total shoulder to overhead @ 185. I’m ok with that.

  12. Did this today at CFL. Only did 50 Burpees, 19 jerks at 225# ouch.

  13. 175# x 7 sets
    16:17 RX on the WOD. Got smoked by the entire 6pm class, nice work folks!

    In case anyone was curious crossfit + antibiotics = bad idea!!!!!!!
