WOD 9/26/12
5X5 Back Squats @ 75% – rest 90 sec.
-then-
1 minute AMRAP of Shoulder to Overhead @ 185/120#
-then (no break)-
100 Burpees for time.
*Perform 2 Power Cleans EMOM beginning after the first minute @ 185/120# (same bar used for shoulder to overhead). Notes: There is a 10 minute cap on this effort.
-then (no break)-
1 minute AMRAP of Shoulder to Overhead @ 185/120#
Score is total number of Jerks and total time for Burpees.

probably would have been 85 burpees. Live and learn. That barbell got heavy and Johnstone destroyed the shoulder to overhead.
I missed a full round of burpees at the end because I wasn’t paying attn

In case anyone was curious crossfit + antibiotics = bad idea!!!!!!!
