  1. 13:26 RX… not pretty but not sure what else I expect at 5am

  2. 135 lbs, but more of a clean and press than a snatch. 11:25 RX – I like the 5 am classes better. Not as hot. Might have gone a little faster, but Dad duties precluded the 5 am today.

  3. 175# snatch
    10:35 with 25# medball

  4. 145# Snatch – 10# PR
    11:41 @ 25# WB

  5. 145 squat. Failed body weight 155 about 7 times. So close.
