WOD 9/18/12

15 minute skill work 1 Squat clean + 2 front squats

 

1a) 3XME Strict Pullups – rest 45 sec.
1b) 3X10 Heavy DB Snatches (10/arm) – rest 45 sec.
1c) 3X25 – Med Ball Ab-Mat Situps 20/14# (anchored), rest 45 sec.
1d) 3X5 Press – heavier than last week, rest 45 sec.

  8. WOW! How I wish this had been around when I was their age. Never too late to start, though, huh?
    Enjoyed the “different” wod today.
