Power Clean - Find a heavy double. Must be touch and go

 

12 minute AMRAP of:

50 Double-Unders
7 Burpees
*Add 7 Burpees every round (Rd. 2-14 Burpees, Rd. 3-21 Burpees, etc).

  1. 245#. 5 rounds + 10 burpees. 48 seconds on cashout @ 100# sandbag.

  2. 185# 4rds(25DU) + 11 singles 1:10 on cashout w/ 100# sandbag.

  3. 103#
    4 rounds rx
    45# cash out

  4. 215# – whether or not I squatted was debatable

    5 rounds plus 22/42 burpees on the last set

  5. 100# sandbag run in 57 seconds for the cash out

  6. Yes, and stefan will beat you in house shoes as my dad pointed out when he came and watched one of the events when we had that saturday competition a couple months ago.
