		<description><![CDATA[Stunk it up today!  No where near my 1RM on snatch balance.  4 Rounds @55#, did DU&#039;s for 1 minute each round (40, 27, 24, 27) so I wouldn&#039;t spend the entire workout jumping rope. They are getting better slowly but surely.]]></description>
