Back Squat: 1X3 @ 80%, 1X1 @ 90%, 1X1 @ 95%, 1X1 @ 100% 1X1 @ 95% – rest 3:00 between sets.

3 rounds for total reps of:

2 minute AMRAP of:

5 Squat Clean to Thrusters 135/95#
25 Double-Unders

 
*Rest 1 minute.

1 minute AMRAP of:

Burpees

 
*Rest 1 minute.

    RX on the workout

  2. 60, 20 burpees
    33, 19 burpees
    33, 20 burpees

  3. Met my old max on back squat with some
    Sort of ease. The best thing was my knees were good 265#.

    Just went one round each time. Happy for about 40 seconds of extra rest . Rx

    21 21 21 happy to ease onto that number as well
