WOD 8/30/12

7 sets of 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat. If you squat snatch then that counts as the first overhead squat

 

 

12 minute AMRAP of:

 
50 Double-Unders
7 Hang Power Snatches 95/65#
7 Front Squats (95/65)

  6. Your legs can get rest on sunday Cody. Mine are sore as heck too. did yesterday’s wod in the gym….I really want to do this one too…I’m doing good to get out of a chair. If the toilet seat at work was any lower i’d be in trouble.

    6 Rounds + 50 double unders. It wasn’t hard but I was just so out of breathe. I was hoping for 8 but wasn’t even close

  10. I was out of breathe the whole time. I never missed a DU though which helped me out. That and the fact that Jason kept going unbroken on his squats and snatches.

  12. Can’t come everyday because of work but I can for sure start scaling up all wods
