5 Deadlifts 315/225#
10 HSPU (Regionals Standard)
20 Lateral Over-the-Box Jumps 24/20

  1. Some Fridays I’m really sad that Friday is my rest day. This, however, is NOT one of those Fridays. LATERAL BOX JUMPS?????
