WOD 8/23/12

Back Squat: 1X5 @ 80%, 1X3 @ 90%, 1X2 @ 95%, 1X2 @ 95% – rest 2:00-3:00 between sets.

4 rounds for time of:

5 Muscle-Ups (15 Pull-Ups)
10 Front Squats 135/95#
30 Double-Unders

  1. Be there at 6 a.m.

  2. BS @ % 285 lbs. – 12:57 (RX PU’s and Du’s); 115 lbs. Would be a lot faster if I could do more PU’s and DU’s unbroken. Way too many breaks.

  3. thats fast cody…but is it fast enough????

  4. Probably not. I was the only one doing muscle ups and didn’t have a goal in mind :(
