5X3 Hang Cleans + 1Jerk (HC,HC,HC, J) – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.

8 Clean 135/95#
12 T2B
16 HR Pushups

  1. I witnessed that madness. 125# ring dips. No big deal.

  2. 5 rounds (135#, K2E)

  3. 5-plus rounds (to 4 K2E’s into 6th round). 105 lbs.

  4. 4rds with 53# and knees UP. Also went to knee push ups when I started worming.

  5. 175 on the skiill. Missed the jerk on 180 but im sure that’s a pr on hang clean x 3

    4 + 10 pushups rx

  6. 235# skill; 4 rds + 8 Cleans Rx (I really suck at T2B-have to reset after every rep)

  7. 4 rounds + 4 cleans @ 83lbs, k2E ( first time I’ve felt close enough to you guys to post :)

  8. 205#
    4 rds/ 9 TTB Rx.

  9. 5rds @83lbs

  10. 4rds/8k2c. Did 2 1/2 rds of t2b then had to switch.
