Never want to do this again!

 WOD 8/16/12

15 minutes to practice the Split Jerk or establish a 1RM.

15 minutes AMRAP of:

7 Power Cleans 185/120#
30 OH Walking Lunges (steps) 45/25#
15 Wall Balls 20/14#

  2. I want to do it. I missed it last time around.

  3. 215# split jerk new PR by about 25#

    3 rds 9 lunges (155# PC, 35# lunges, 20# WB)

  4. 185# split jerk 30# pr
    3 rds + 6 pc(wrenched my wrist on the 6th and stopped with 30 sec’s left)

  5. 225# split jerk. 3 RSS on WOD at 165# and other scaling …165 was too heavy it took it all outta me

  6. Off day today. I’d have tried this Rxd.
