“CrossFit Total”

 
1RM Back Squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Deadlift

 
Notes: Take ~3 heavy attempts on each lift. The lifts must be completed in the order they are written (3 BS, 3 SP, 3 DL). Take ~15mins per lift. rest as long as you’d like between sets.

  1. I’m looking forward to this . . . almost as much as yesterday’s wod. . . though I was fresh yesterday. I hope I can pr all of my lifts and hit 1k.

  8. I want to do this WOD so bad, but I am treating my sick grandfather to a homemade chicken fried steak dinna!

  9. 1075 total. 405 squat, 175 press, 495 deadlift. Not bad for my rest day!!!

  10. 755 total. 285 back squat (tied PR), 145 press (PR) and 325 deadlift (PR). Not much, I know; but still PR’s for me, so I’ll take it. The big victory though was that I did 55 lb. KB to Cody’s 45 KB swing in the warmup. Outdid Cody in one thing today.

  13. On the shoulder press, are we starting at the rack position or can we push press it up then come down for the official shoulder press?

  18. 285#bs(10#pr), 165#sp, 405#dl(20# pr). 855 total

  19. 285#bs(20#pr), 135#sp(pr don’t know that I have done a straight bar press before), 315#dl(10#pr). 735# total Way to go Jeremy, that 405# was great.

  20. 370# (25# PR), 165# (10# PR), 405 (20# PR) 940 Total

  21. 185# bs – not even close to my max
    75# sp – again, not even close to my max
    275# dl – eh

    Crossfit Total = 535

    And way to ROCK this wod, Kay. She was a beast!

  22. 305# (10# PR), 155# not a PR (still sore wrist), 415# (10# PR)
    875# total.

  23. 345# (10#pr), 205# (tied pr), 405# (10# below pr) . . . I suck at back squat and deadlift for sure. Tied my old Crossfit total 955#

  24. 385pr squat, 195pr press, 545 tied pr… total 1125, first time to do crossfit total.

  25. Clay…that dead lift was phenomenal!

  26. I did yesterday’s workout… Cleaned 245, 4:49 RX on the WOD. No PR but was happy to get the metcon unbroken.

  27. Thanks Stephanie! I was excited and nervous about that WOD all day. 203 bs, 88sp, 233 dl. Poor Neal! I hope he is ok after our incident. :-[
