  1. 155 clean. 9:28 (pullups/no band/20#).

  2. Not sure of time, but I did get the WOD Rx and that is all I was aiming for. I have never done that many muscle ups in one class before.

  3. I’m going to celebrate a 5# pr on my clean! 103#. 12:20 on the WOD using red/blue and adding purple for the last 2 rounds.

  4. Finally RXed a muscle up WOD. Made my day.

  6. congrats franks. i’d like to complete just one muscle up period. that’s a big goal for me. that and double unders! they both are my achilles heal.

  7. I have been out for four months JJ. They were a lot easier than I remembered though.

  10. Is kipping allowed if subbing pullups?

  13. Struggling with my clean right now. My max has actually gone down. I couldn’t move beyond 145# for some reason. I think it’s 100% mental. Felt strong on the WOD though.
    10:01 sub pullups no bands

  14. Very pleased with my clean today. Power cleaned 225#. That’s a 10#pr for any kind of clean. Tried 235# and caught it pretty well and in the squat but just didn’t have the leg strength to front squat it.

    6:06 on the wod with jumping muscle ups.

    Great crew at five. A lot of the big boys came to play. Definitely made me push harder with all of them around!

  16. 275# tied pr- failed at 295 but was much closer to getting it than Cody.lol. jk. 5:49 Rx- first time doing muscle ups in a wod. Very pumped about my performance.

  17. 200# clean – PR
    9:14 on the WOD RX. Failed about 7 times on the last muscle up. Got smoked by Burt!!! Fun 5 o’clock class.

    Got 200 ok. Failed pr 210 about a third the way up the front squat. 205 old max

    9:30 (3 3 2 2 2). Scaled for sake of finishing in time frame. Well done five. Hope to see y’all all again for the CROSSFIT TOTAL!!!

  20. 195#-25#PR. 8:50 on the wod with the pull-ups. Gotta work on getting under that clean faster.
