20 rds RX on The Chief. Not a PR. Got 22 the first time I did it but I was fresh that time. Did alot of heavy squats today at CFBC and at CFB. Getting stronger and tougher and that&#039;s what it is about.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I was ON THE FLOOR when I got finished but I felt great!  I got 3 rounds each time (using 55#...thanks, Neal for making me go up from the 45# I was going to use) with a few seconds extra rest.  Last round I got in the 3 cleans. 
Got all my back squats at the % except the last one.  Only got 3.
It was a good day.  HUGE Rooster Crew!]]></description>
