19:16 on the wod using 35# which was a little over 80% but felt right. Only had to redo one squat. Kept to a 16&quot; box, but afterward thought I should have put a plate on it. Feels good to be back. Hope I&#039;m done traveling for the summer.]]></description>

Amber kicked it too, and I can&#039;t jump as high as Zack on the box jumps.  I&#039;ll be glad when this congestion of mine finally goes away.  Still fighting through it.  Way too many excuses these days.  As always - fantastic, fun rooster crew.]]></description>
