12 minutes to establish a 1RM Hang Squat Snatch

3 Hang Power Snatches @ 80% (of above)
6 Box Jumps 30/26″
Run 200m
3 Hang Squat Snatches @ 80%
6 Box Jumps 30/26″

  2. 105 lbs. (failed at 115); 16:35 on WOD @ 85 lbs., 26″. Newfound respect for Saturday’s Hidalgo too @ 57:49. Couldn’t keep up with Jeremy this morning. Amber kicked it too, and I can’t jump as high as Zack on the box jumps. I’ll be glad when this congestion of mine finally goes away. Still fighting through it. Way too many excuses these days. As always – fantastic, fun rooster crew.

  3. Only got to 40#. Let’s see how many of Sheree’s worst moves we can put into one lift! I’ll get it.
    19:16 on the wod using 35# which was a little over 80% but felt right. Only had to redo one squat. Kept to a 16″ box, but afterward thought I should have put a plate on it. Feels good to be back. Hope I’m done traveling for the summer.

    17:21 @ 145# on the WOD. Should have tried to get more sets unbroken but it’s hard to not drop it every rep

  8. Lmao my goal was to beat ya. I knew you were in the 17′s but not sure where. You are lucky there was a run and box jumps in there. That’s where you made up your time.

  9. 135# hang squat snatch. Took me five attempts but I finally got it. PR!!!!

    17:24 RX @115# on the WOD. Did the snatches unbroken except for the one rep I fell on my butt.

    Almost 4 rds DNF @ 115#
    Week and a half off and extreme heat got me good. That’s the closest I’ve been to blacking out in a while.

  11. 95# 14:50 @ 75#/30″ box. The snatch move just eats me up everytime. Guess I know what to work on.
